ROYALTY FOR FREE?

From that time on your life should never be the same. Wow, you are a prince/ princess. Royals don’t fit in; they stand out. Royals don’t show off, we radiate our surrounding with elegance. Our status is not to suppress others but to exercise wisdom in leadership. We understand that meekness is not weakness because humility itself is not for the weak. We trust our king to give us the best of everything.
From what moment am I talking about? Not the moment we got hired and got the fat cheque. Not the moment we were made the leader of the group. Some of us have our own pride as high as the dollar is above the cedi. Some of us are already on a power trip that when we are given a position we think we are God. We behave as if we are the custodian of oxygen and people depend on us for breathe. That badge doesn’t guarantee your safety, nor does it guard you through the night. Royals don’t need to look down on people before they are acknowledged the due respect. As Paul said “If I should brag about anything I would boast about the Cross and Christ being crucified”; the cross is where our royalty was birth.

Royalty is indeed by inheritance and by blood and we are made such by the Royal blood of Elohim making us co-heirs with Jesus Christ. Thank goodness we accepted His saving grace. That’s the moment I am talking about; the moment we became royals (1 Peter 2: 9). I am talking about the moment we accepted Jesus as our Lord and Personal Saviour and gave Him our all (*if you haven’t accepted Him do so now because all knees shall bow; make sure you don’t bow too late because the clock is ticking fast*). Royals brag about what their father can do and has been doing; they brag about their kingdom. Royals shine from within; they don’t need the spotlight because they are the spotlight. Royals don’t apologize for having standards and living by it. They take their seat with grace since they know their “Papa” got them; because royalty is all about a throne and a crown.

We ought to walk shoulders high and head up not because of anything we have but for who we have become in Christ, let us not look down on ourselves. The only time Royals let their head down is to admire their shoe and watch (*laughs*). Sit up my Princess; look sharp my Prince; shake the dust off your crown; adjust the crown on your head and sit enthroned. “The heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool”. Declare and decree everything you want because that’s what royals do and it’s done.
Quick question, did you pay for the crown? Did you have to wait for the next heir apparent to descend the throne before you get your taste of it? The man who paid the price is sitting up urging you on to ascend the throne because it has been empty for long; yes You. What are you waiting for? Your crowns would get dusty and your throne would get cold. You don’t need anything for this transition; once you are of Christ you belong to the Royal Kingdom because it’s in the blood. Don’t look down on yourself and question whether you deserve the royal treatment; truth is none of us deserve it too but freely has it been given to us so that we can live this Christian race without the devil reminding us of what we can’t do and what we don’t have because from the throne do we have access to everything.

Awake, awake, Clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; Clothe yourself in your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city; For the uncircumcised and the unclean Will no longer come into you. 2Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, O captive Jerusalem; Loose yourself from the chains around your neck, O captive daughter of Zion. 3For thus says the LORD, "You were sold for nothing and you will be redeemed without money."-(Isaiah 52:1-3)

Royalty is not in expensive apparels but what the mind conceives and what the heart believes. In Christ alone can we get all these for free.
